  We were passing through and pulled off for gas and a quick lunch. We received great service here and all the food was hot and the place was super clean. The manager/owner even came over and had an entire conversation with my 3 yr old and gave all 3 of our kids free frostys. Great customer service.

  My dad got food poisoning from here not too long along, about a year ago, and I just got food poisoning from here. Wendy's has really gone down hill in Roanoke I always loved the one in botetourt. But needless to say I will never be going to a Wendy's ever again. Food poisoning is not just because the "food was old" it comes from people who cook the food that arnt clean also (as in using bathroom and not washing hands, just anyway to be unsanitary when handling food) in my opinion people should handle your food like a surgeon handles your insides you wouldn't want a surgeon to wipe his face and get back in there, would u? So please let's get all the Wendy's owners together and start some sanitization courses or something bc that's 2 cases in just my family. That's pathetic.

  The employees are really nice and the food is always great but sometimes the service is so slow. Not counter service, but food wait times and drive-thru.

  Couldn't get my order right. Rude staff. Couldn't even get my drinks right. Would expect better service. This place has gone down hill. It's pathetic.
